The VRG portfolio includes two dozen granted patents in 16 countries and the European Union, trademarks, and software that has driven more than thirty thousand smartphone remotes to air through licenses and related production services. The patents focus on management of a multiplicity of video callers and related automation tools.  The initial portfolio was developed by Wolzien LLC, significantly expanded by The Video Call Center (2014-22), and continues to be developed and licensed by VRG.

The results of the cloud-based caller management software can be seen daily on cable, broadcast, and streaming programs for major news, sports, and entertainment companies that are licensees and sub-licensees of VRG.  Additionally, the patents and software combine to provide systems that can manage large numbers of inbound video connections for other industries, such as customer service, education, health, government, and military.
